From the 1st March 2013 my father paid his account, when he called and spoke to Nomsa and Violet he was told that they havent received payment therefore he asked for the fax number to send it. Unfortunately i could not fax but I emailed it on the 27th March, when he called and confirmed he they did receive it, they said yes. so today is the 8th April still we haven't received anything. Please could you sort this out and refund us the pro-rata for the days that we did not receive it.
