I had ordered three items from the company's catalogue on the 14th of March. The website claims to deliver within 72 hours.
On the 21st of March I had yet to receive my order. I called through and spoke to Rene, she said that she cannot pick up my order. I gave her the reference number that I had received with my proof of payment. I gave her all my details telephonically and she asked that I email her as well.
The email address was incorrect even after confirming it with her using the NATO phonetic alphabet (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie etc).
She had promised to provide me with feedback, and did not.
I called today on the 27th of March, she had yet to have any feedback, she proceeded to explain that the warehouse is relocating, and I could "possibly" get my order sometime in April and then she hung up on me.
As of now I am none the wiser as to when I will receive this order...
