I signed a 12 months contract with Sunday times, to receive news paper on Sundays. I received my first copy on the 24 March 2013, which was the first and the last. I called on the 1 April 2013 to inform them that I didn't receive a copy on the 30 March 2013, I was promised that the matter will be solved I will receive it the following Sunday. The following Sunday nothing came, I called again on the 8 April 2013, I was promised that the line manager will look at the matter and come back to me, till to date i haven't received any feed back from the manager with regards the problem of why I'm not receiving my copy of news paper even though they debited my account. I already send a letter requesting for my contract to be terminated. I will appreciate if they can honour that, because they cant give me the reason why I'm not receiving my copy.
