Hooligans with horrible customer interaction skill

After I settle my Morkels account on 16/04/2013 and sent proof of payment to Flemix, they sent a garnishee order to my employer and dedicated R703.81 from my salary on the 25 April and 25 June 2013. I called Flemix about the matter and they said I should send proof of payment, copy of ID and 1 month bank statement, which I sent on the 30/05/2013 (the refund would be paid in 14 days after they received proof). I contacted Flemix again on the 21/06/2013 (21 day later) and they did want to speak to me and referred to their business partner Maravedi who administers their refunds. I then spoke to Nomsa Ntuli (very helpful) at Maravedi on the 02/07/2013 and Maravedi had not received documentation from Flemix so no refund could be processed, so then I forwarded the documents to Nomsa. I followed up with Maravedi on the 18/07/2013 and I was informed that the refund was paid to Flemix on the 16/07/2013. Today, 23/07/2013 I called Flemix, they dismissed me, didn't want to hear my explanation and referred me back to Maravedi and I still haven't received my refund. I hope this grabs your attention and you will resolve this matter urgently without me having to pick a phone for unfriendly staff.
