This is not the first or the second issue I have had with this company and their accounts 'department'. Apart from being debited twice and charged for things i never received, I have now cancelled my subscription in February only to find another debit has come off my account.
I cannot say I am surprised seeing the multitude of complaints lodged.
I have tried to email but there seems to now be a problem with the email address???
Should this not be rectified by the 7 April 2013 I shall be taking legal action. This not only constitutes a civil matter!!!
