In the last 8 months, I've had two weeks of full delivery of the business day in spite of paying an annual membership in advance. All other weeks have been either no delivery, or 2 - 3 days in a week. I have given up with the call centre and no management is available to take my calls (always in meetings and will get back to me).
Its sad that a reputable company runs its operations like this or maybe they just sell my paper to someone else to grow their profits. Either way I think this care a attitude is tantamount to as its a breach of contract.
