POOR MANAGEMENT

I placed an order with this company and paid in full - waited 2 months for delivery
Management of this company refuses to speak to me - I can actually hear them in the background when I call and I have been waiting more than 3 weeks for a refund.
Poor sales staff have to try and placate me and explain while management are too useless to take responsibility
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
