Business Day newspaper - poor service & delivery

Our Company subscribes to two Business Day newspapers. Since May 2013 we've experienced poor delivery of the newspaper - even before May it was poor, but since then it has gotten worse. Sometimes a week would go by without delivery of the newspaper. I've logged many calls to the call centre. Their response is always, "we will look into the matter", thereafter delivery will improve for a few days and then back again to normal, namely no delivery. You can ask them to call you back to resolve the problem, no call back. If you ask to speak to a Supervisor or Manager, you get blocked. The call centre flatly refuses to put you through, they say they will leave a message for the Supervisor to call you back. All I'm asking is, please deliver our newspaper every day.
