Three weeks ago I phoned the Sunday times to advise them on the changes of my physical address and cell phone number. When I asked the lady at the Sunday times as to when my newspapers will start being delivered tomy new address, I was told that I would start receiving them within four days, two Sundays have gone past without me getting my paper and I have also not received my daily Times newspapet. The issue with the Times has been going on for years, I complained a lot of times previously whilst in my old address and nothing happened and I just accepted that I was never meant to receive it, I was spending a lot of money on telephone calls which were fruitless. And they will still debit my account nogal. I am tired of wasting my money on a fruitlessexercise of making telephone calls.
My old address is 36 Vivien Road, Highland Hills, Pinetown and my new one is 5 Portslade Plae, Montclair, Durban. My old cell number is 0836293297, my new one is 0836082828.
