I am a subscriber for the Sunday Times to be delivered at my place every Sunday morning. For the past 3 weeks, I have been struggling to receive the news paper, when I called their call center, I was told that my address was changed and they could not tell me as to who changed my address, as I have been recieving the news paper on that same address since September 2012. What makes matter worse, I have to call at my expense and made to wait for longer periods on the line. I have been promised that the paper will be delivered the same day, Sunday, in the afternoon, but that promise is never kept.
