On the 22nd of December I noticed that my news paper had not been delivered. I contacted Grace on 0860525200 at 8H45 who promised me that it will be deilvered in 90 minutes time, I further stated to her that I was very worried as this was not the first time not receiving it. At 11H45 my paper was still not delivered. I called in again and spoke to Lerato and explaned to him that it was not acceptable and I asked to speak to the senior person. To my suprise I was shocked to be refered to Grace, who still could not help me. I strongly believe that she should have followed up and checked if I had received the newspaper. She is useless and does not deserve to be employed in any organisation This morning I called in again and asked to speak to her I was told to hold as she was walking in. After few minutes I was asked what my name was and then after that I was told she is going to the toilet. This is absolutely nonsense we can not go on like this for sak I am paying for this service. I have been calling in wasting my time my money and my units. The worse came when I wanted to speak to her manager. I was told that there is nobody as all of the are on holidays. This is really disgusti
