Hi there Gugu, I called last week Thursday to change my residential address with Larry who told me it cannot be changed that time as it takes 2 days to update. WEIRD This resulted in non delivery of newspaper at both old place and new place. I called on Sunday and I spoke to Lwazi who promised that its updated and the paper will be delivered this weekend. I called again few minutes ago and spoke to Fozi and I was hoping to speak and get guarantee from you that this paper will be delivered this coming Sunday and that I will be credited for last week's error.
Also for your information, I have never received the times newspaper during the week, I considering the whole subcription thing and this weekend will be my deciding factor as the service from you guys is shocking to say the least. I would rather walk to the shop and buy it myself.
