After an inquiry done by myself it was explained to me that no payment was made because of the advertising material. In spite of the fact that I followed the company instructions to obtain the material, without any response.
I were told by one of the consultant that they will investigate the matter as I did mailed them proof for requesting the new branding. No response up to date. Please this is very poor service as I the client need urgent feedback!!!
