I bought a car through Bluelakessa, this is one of those car that have adverts behind. In late February I received an text message informing me that the contract between Hollard and them has expired. From that information i then requested a new adevetising material on the 7th of march, and got response saying i will receivng the material in a weeks time, but that did happen. and thereafter in may and june, i was never paid, I then called then morethen twenty time and sent more the eight helpdesk messages for them to reply on your messsage, I even asked specifically to speak to the manager, but they were playing hide and seek with me. later after i have asked for the business owner details, Colleen decided to call me. now end of july the, i get to received the may and june fees only and not the July one, for what reason i dont know, because i only received the advertising material on the 8th of July 2013, there eas noway i could have uploaded the july photos with the new advert material. what funny they are telling that the May& June fees refunded to me was done in good gesture, i find the branding manager very incompetent to deal with this matter. they are ripping us off
