In Dec 2013 I contacted Intec College in order to register my daughter for a Senior Certificate in Physical Science and Mathematics. I advised the consultant that she did matriculate in 2011 but that she did NOT have these two subjects then. The consultant advised me that we needed to make payment of R 3 476.00 in order to register for these 2 subjects. Payment for the amount mentioned was made on 10 Dec 2013 and proof was faxed through. However in January 2014 another consultant contacted us and advised us that we needed to make an additional payment of R 1 419.00 in order for the material to be couriered and because of the fact that she did not have these subjects in matric, although furious with the bad communication, the additional payment was made on 14 January 2014, until now, I have not received any feedback from Intec, I have send mails and left messages because not only has my daughter not received a student number, but also no study material. I have lost all confidence and trust in Intec and would like to request a refund for the full amount so that I can register my daughter with an Institution that can actually provide professional service. REFUND PLEASE!!!
