I ordered Vol no 6 of Best baking trough Jacklin JHB on 09/10/2013 paid R84 rand for this book on the same day and send the proof via e mail to their customer service mail. I was informed via e mail that it will take 10-20 days for delivery. Today is the 06th of Nov and still nothing received. After a call to their office in Midrand and Holding for customer service for 10 odd minutes I was informed that the book only left for despatch on the 26th of Oct. This is absolute nonsense. I am very disappointed with this service.
