Again i have to complain about the service from Jacklin Enterprises. I have benn sending e-mails for the last two days and have not received any response from them. I applied for registered post to ensure I receive all the pieces in the DC Chess Collection. I have not received pieces 16 and 17, but 18 and 19 have arrived. There is no explanation from them either. They also debit your account whenever they feel like it, and I have a debit order setup with them.
