I ordered a book (Groot Boek oor die Wetenskap) in Dec 2012. Despite numerous follow-ups the book never arrived. I followed up 9 times telephonically (have the dates and names of people I spoke to) and each time they assured me that it was an oversight and book will be posted within 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago I sent an email request to ask for the tracking number, and yesterday afternoon I receive an email from Chera-lee du Plessis to inform me that the book was never posted because they need upfront payment. Never was this mentioned to me in the 10 months that I've been trying to buy the book! They never even provided their banking details, so how was I supposed to make payment? Anyway, is the Jacklin-thing not that you receive your book and only pay if you want to keep it? I'm disgusted and I expect someone SENIOR to contact me, I'm tired of dealing with incompetent staff!
