I received a call from Jacklin Entreprises, selling Disney book. i was told if i keep the book, i will owe then R130.00. i decided to keep the books and i paid R160 in case to avoid arrears.

i received few calls from their debt collecting company, very rude people. they telling me i owe R70 somthing rand outstanding from the initiatial amount. i immediately called Jacklin ENtreprises and a Lady by thoko told me to ignore the calls they actually handed me over by mistake. my account was full settled.

i am really anoiyed and irretated because they still call me to collect money i have already paid. they they false hand over people and not follow the debt cycle, right process of handing over to eliminate to hand over people that have been paid,

the books were not even 6 months when i got the call, even under Consumer Act this is illegal. i will not stand for my name being ruined. i demand a replay to this matte
