I received a package I wanted to return, but before I could do so, received an invoice reflecting only a partial outstanding account balance.
I figured there was no sense in returning something I had already paid for. A couple of months later I received a call from Tracey, wanting to know if I still wished to return the package. I told her why I had not returned it before - because it was already partially paid. She was gushing in full agreement that "the child would think mommy was mad for paying something that was broken".
Three weeks later Tracey contacted me to inform me that my account had now been handed over for non-payment. I sent her an email asking why she had not communicated this to me in the first place. Her response was cold and clinical with no explanation or apology. She suggested that the payments from my Disney Book Club account could be moved over to this product. I asked her to do so, upon which she informed me that this account had already been handed over and that then my DBC account would also be handed over. Why then did she suggest it? Worse: attached to her email was my original one, now altered with rather rude font changes! Professional? Honest?
