I have asked on several occasions (at least 6) for my Times newspaper to be delivered at 5.15 everyday as I get up and go to work early and I like to read the paper before I go. It comes at that time for a few days and then it only comes at 6.30 by which time I have left. I have reported this to the supervisor several times and she told me that they are doing me a "favour" by delivering it as early as 5.15. Well, I have had enough of asking for the favour and I am going to cancel my subscription. I will do another newspaper a favour by supporting them and getting a better service. I might as well buy a newspaper on my way to work. Thank you Sunday Times for your really bad service.
