Money not paid out

Good day.

I won a competition with Jacaranda Fm on the 23th of July. They told me the prize is gonna be delivered/paid out between 4-6 weeks.

Every week i send an e-mail to know what the procedure is, but they just tell me they will find out from the finance departnmetn.

I'm really frustrated with them and dont like the waiting because its almost 10 weeks now.
