I renewed my subscription with Elle Magazine end of May but have not received my magazines since the renewal. I have communicated this with the people responsible for subscriptions and have supplied them with the neccessary information several times however I have not received any explanation or any feedback as to what the problem is. I have also requested for a refund but was not able to get any assistance with that ether.
