I have two cellphone contracts with MTN and both numbers were automatically subscribed to Victorious Technologies at a cost of R5 per day. MTN merely requests that VT unsubscribe the numbers. VT technologies insists that both subscriptions were requested on 14 December. That is absolute nonsense. Why should I pay for a subscription I had no knowledge of and did not subscribe to in the first place. I am utterly disgusted and this is which should not go by without further consequences.
