No feedback - trying to renew my subscription

I have emailed Golf Digest TWICE to the email address supplied in their magazine for subscriptions. I have called the contact centre and held on for more than 10 minutes without getting through. I have smed GD SUB to the sms provided "for someone to call me back".

I have heard NOTHING. Clearly Golf Digest is not interested in me renewing the magazine subscription. Maybe they have enough of a readership. Then don't advertise subscriptions!!
