I had bought an Ideas Magazine digital subscription, without any warning I received a debit on my bank account for a new years subscription and I had not intention of doing so. I did not realise that their was a default renewal system on this magazine and this had not been made clear to me on my purchase.
I wrote to Zinio customer service and within a day or two they responded with a full refund and a polite explanation on how the subscriptions work and how to avoid this mistake again.
The response was personal and not a automated generated response, and it was signed from a particular person. Those small things go a long way. I will certainly stick with ZInio and buy magazines from them in the future.
