Exceptionally poor service to subscribers

I have been a subscriber to the Cape Times for around 10 years now and without fail, every 6 months my newspaper suddenly doesn't arrive. When I call them, they say I haven't renewed. However, I never ever receive a renewal notice from them, so how can I renew???!!!
With so many people not reading newpapers anymore, they should be happy to have a loyal subscriber, but they actually don't care. Every time it's the same story. Then the manager calls me and apologises - until 6 months later when the same thing happens and then once again she will apologise!!! What the is all this about??? It shows a total disrespect for people and for customers! And the worst thing is that it's been going on for years and years and NOTHING EVER CHANGES!!!
