I was warned... Artlab service is the worst

With a substantial printing order I contacted Artlab for their quote. My client warned me that Artlab's service is really bad, but I didn't listen. I had 24 hrs to present my quote, which I explained to the textile consultant, Clinton. Seeing that it was a substantial quote he referred me to Graig Whyte to further negotiate prices. Spoke to Graig who said he will call me back in 5 minutes. Even though it was end of day, it was still before 5pm and he never called me back. Next morning I had to call Graig back and again he said he will call back in 5min. When asked if he's really going to call me back, since he didn't do that the previous time, he started shouting at me (literally) and told me to go away.

I dont think that is they way and person should speak to any customer.

Note: Graig Whyte is the Managing (that's all it says on their website)
