This is a serious warning to all industry colleagues (design. fabric print and large format print) Artlab has done it again... swearing and mistreating me... this time in front of colleagues and other clients. I was also threatened that if I don't take down our previous complaint from Hello Peter that they will bin the project. We refused for obvious reasons. This happened after we gave Artlab a second chance and used them for a fabric print project which went horribly wrong; reason: their ink washed out of the fabric (of which i have written proof). Their reason... the designer's files were incorrect.
The result: artwork was refused to be handed over and I was screamed at, swore at and had to leave without my client's artwork. I urge other designers and colleagues to take note: this is a supplier who bullies and disrespect people in our industry.
