NON Delivery of News Pape

At the end of January 2013 we had problems with the delivery of our news paper. After a huge hassle, the problem was resolved and we finally started getting our paper. Since last week, once again, delivery of our news paper stopped. The delivery person said that Beeld said we did not pay. We paid for a year's subscription in advance. After numerous phone calls we were informed that Beeld switched to a new system and not all of the client's information were transferred to the new system, therefore, our information were not give through to the person doing the delivery. After numerous phone calls on Friday, we were informed that the problem has been rectified. However, once again no delivery of our news paper this morning. The delivery person, Milicent Harding, told us that about 30 people that were on her old list, were not transferred to the new list from Media 24. We are absolutely tired of wasting time trying to sort this out. We were trying to get a hold of Renier van Wyk, apparently he handles the complaints, but we cannot get through on his line. We left a message with his PA, but still no response. Please assist, we don't know where else to turn
