No Prize money

Good day,

I won with the Sony Experia Competition on 29/05/2013, and still did not receive my prize money of
R 2 000.00.

Stephen is in contact with me and trying his best, I did send trough my banking details two weeks after I won, as requested, he is really helpful and replies on my e-mails.

So then it must be Finance, as I'm told that e-mails are sent to them on a daily basis.

I just want to know is it fair to wait almost 2 months for prizes to be paid??

Reading trough the comments posted on Hello Peter I'm stressed that I might never see the Money.
