We have been receiving the Beeld news paper for about six years. In November 2013 we were informed that payment must now be made via internet and in advance. We also had to re apply for delivery. All was done and an amount of R95 was paid. This was for 13 news papers to be delivered in December 2013. We only received four. I send a e mail to Ruby Allen and she responded that there is a problem with the cycle of delivery we chose. I asked her to deliver papers for the amount of money paid in advance and then cancel our subscription. Up to now no further papers where delivered. I send an e mail again on Monday 6/1/2014 to Ruby Allen asking for feedback on the problem, till now no reply.
I find this unacceptable.
