My business with Avusa ended long time ago. I told them that i am not going to renew my contract due to poor customer service. But Avusa is illegally deducting an amount of R25 from my account. Last month (June), an amount of R25 was deducted in my account without my consent and with without a single delivery. Same thing happen this month.
Please returned my R50, i have no business with you. I exercised my right of not renewing my contract because of appalling service i received from you for the whole duration of my contract. I will not even recommend you to my friends for that matter. Just return my money; i do not want anything to do with you.
