In March 2012 received invite to subscribe for the Sunday newspapers and I signed up. Despite debit my account for more than R1800 i never received a single paper. On 27 December 2012 called AVuSA and cancelled the debit, cancelled contract and demanded refund. I was told by Gugu Nxumalo that i will be refunded in 33 days after the investigation is complete. Just like other complainants I called more 5 times to their call center with continuous promises for refund but to no delivery. I even mail the Manager Ms E Padiyache and Gugu Nxumalo. I further requested that the call center supervisors return my call but to o action.
AVUSA always writes bad reports on corruption and poor service delivery but they ignore what they do in house.
