Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Trudon resorts to extortion as a new business mode

I recently closed my office in East London. I settled the phone account including contracts on the acc. A month later, I received a bill directly from Trudon for R1033.98. I sent them an email enquiring what the charges were for without a response. A month later, I received a text message stating I was now in arrears by R2444.16. I then called and spoke to the reference as above. I asked what the settlement was on the account as the period of the contract should have already ended plus the fact that the contract was settled when the tel acc was closed. They informed me that it was charges on a new contract that only ends in Feb 2014. I asked for a settlement value and received a bill for R5678.48. I then requested a copy of the contract as I was sure that I had not renewed the contract as I had relocated to another city the year before. They sent me a voice recording of a conversation with a rep which I sent to a lawyer who confirms this is not a contract and has sent notice for them to drop the matter as there is no contract. The have send me a final notice to black list me. They are using this as s threat to make me pay amounts on a contract which I do not have with them.
