I completed an online subscription for The Times newspaper and Sunday Times. Up until today I do not have proper response from The Media Group.
Call centre agents promise to call me, it's either they don't or they call with no proper information and still make promises, I recently spoke to Patrick who also promised to send me an e-mail as to how much will I be paying monthly, but I have never received that e-mail. Its been a week now.
Please advise what is holding back my subscription.
