On the 26th September 2013, i reported a case of intimidation and harassment with the email service provider WEBMAIL. The same day i lodged a complain i received a private call from webmail acknowledging the reciept of my complain and the adviced me to open the case with the police and they aslo sent me the following email (Thank you for advising about the problem, Please be advice to open a case with saps and get a case number, your Investigation officer will contact us with a Supoena and we will take it from there.) which i did as per their advice and i forwarded them the infomation as requested.
It has been more that a month now, i have sent them folow up emails (more than 5 times) and till today no one is bothered to respond or acknowledge my emails.
I am still getting those intimidation emails from the person whom i dont know, is webmail waiting for me to die first before acting?
Can someone from webmail please conatct me so that this issue can be resolved.
