How can you tell a client and so???

I handed in my mirowave to them since its under wanty and its n russelhob one! the mirowave started to rust from inside and peal. Wilma help me and took the microwave and said it mite take a while but not like n 2 months! I phone store to listen how far it is with repairs "wilma said still busy"on 17September 2013 I go the store to find out again about the mirowave wilma said it done they waiting for the job no, I told ther I need it and I want to come and pick it up the next day. The 18September 2013 I get to the store Wilma not therE a training manger helpd me he phone wilma and asked she gave a number of Kevin the guy who repaired the microwave, he said its donebut he can't let the job gou with out a job no. The traing manager said said he will folow up and let me know didn't hear from him! 19September 2013 I phoned the store again to listen about the microwave I spoke to the training manager again, he said"I have your file infront of me"I will phome you back in 5min! I'm still waiting and still no microwave! Plus the want me to pay them the end of the month!! What a joke! I am going to the news papper about this bad service and take it futher with the consumers act...
