In August 2022 my phone got stolan. Tried to report this matter to vodacom and no positive outcome. I received billing from my account without purchasing anything. The account was put on hold, but never really investigated. There customer service suck big time. Call centres put you through to different departments, but none off them could assist me with my complaint. No proper feedback was communicated. No investigation done. No reports from my side, no job done on there side. Now i have to pay for something i had no bennifit of...
