I Hilda Nomthinjana Hongo from Butterworth, Eastern Cape cancelled my account at" Jet Stores" in November 2016. I was told that there is nothing I owe with them (jet stores).
This year, October 2019 I received a call from Jet Stores call center telling me that I owe them data charges (data purchased on account) dating back from August 2017.
I plead for help in this regard. I am an 83yrs old pensioner with an ailing health. Please assist me.
