Have sat on my money for over 6 months

I booked and paid for these on the 28th November 2012. I have since called them 3 times and e mailed proof of payment. Every time they confirm that they will be doing the work next week. Guess what never once did they contact me again and now Ive been told they are no longer doing this for escom. I wonder how many other people have paid and got no responce. Im sure this is just anothe
