They advertise that they will help you in some mannor to get your learners/drivers licence but they take your money and they just show you where the Licence department is and the rest is up to you. After you do it yourself and come to the date to complete the test, 3030 mbs is supposed to pay for the test and that money should be deducted from your initial fee to 3030 mbs and they just do not show up. So if you want to do your learners or drive test rather go yourself because you do it either way. Really bad service and the worst is most bike shops in the area recommend 3030 mbs.
