I have insured my car with Auto and General, had an accident on the 02/01/2013 and Zama was handling my claim. She called me and explained every little detail that I needed to know, updated me everyday and she actually counselled me and made me calm down about the incident. In general I think she knows her job, passionate about it and I believe she's an asset to her company. I've never had such a great service coming from a call center consultant even. She was amazing and thanks to her I still believe in insurance. Well done Zama and keep up the good work.
