I WALKED INTO THIS BRANCH TODAY AROUND 4:30PM, I WAS ASSISTED BY PINKY WHO SENT ME BACK BECAUSE MY PARCEL WAS NOT SEALED CORRECTLY, I CAME BACK AT 4H45 WAITED FOR HER. AS SHE WAS BUSY ASSISTING ANOTHER CUSTOMER SHE SHOUTED AT ME SAYING" GO BACK TO THE QUEUE AND WAIT FOR ANOTHE TELLER" I INSISTED TO BE HELPED BY HER AS SHE KNEW ABOUT THAT I WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO HER. AFTER FINISHED WITH THE CLIENT I WENT STRAIGHT TO HER TERMINAL WHERE SHE JUST TOLD ME THAT SHE IS BUSY. SHE LEFT ME THERE STANDING TO CALL CALL A COLOURED LADY WHO I BELEIVE SHE WAS HER SUPERIOR TO AUTHORISE SOMETHING FOR HER ON THE SYSTEM. I STOOD THERE WHILE THEY WERE BUSY CHATTING FOR MORE THAN 20MIN & THEN SHE LEFT AGAIN. I ASKED A GENTLEMAN THAT WAS ON THE NEXT TERMINAL TO GET SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME, HE WAS SHOCKED THAT PINKY LEFT ME STANDING THERE WITHOUT ASSSISTING ME. HER ATTITUDE IS PATHETIC SHE SHOULD BE WORKING AT THE BACK OFFICE NOT WITH CUSTOMERS AND SHE DOES NOT KNOW HW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS.
