Can someone please call me URGENTLY. I want my money refunded. IF I don't have a refund in my account by tomorrow then I am going to report this company to the FSP - Financial Service Board. You are not allowed to access my bank account without my authorization and since I paid you a once off payment you should be in my account at all.
Just give me back my money!
