We bought chairs from House & Home in Century City some time in February 2013. Some time in July 2013 were lodged a complaint about the chairs with the branch where we bought the chairs. Two of the chairs had damages that needed repairs. The company collected the chairs on Saturday, 04 August 2013 and promised us that they would be ready within 3 weeks. We went to the shop to enquire on the week beginning 09 Sept 2013 and were informed that there was no correspondence from the repairs dept. On 16 Sept 2013, we received a call from the sales lady we bought the chair from saying that they had only fixed one chair. To date we have not received our chairs. This is well after the promised 3 weeks. We urgently need our chairs back.
