Locking of paid Postbox

3 years ago, I went to pay for our postbox. Later the same day, the wife also went to make the same payment. Bad communication! I did not bother too much as it means I am paid in advance.

Next year, postbox gets locked and I had to go and pay, with a penalty. Tell me, I need the actaul slip of a year ago!

This is now the 3rd year that it is locked and now I will refuse to pay. If your processes is so ancient that you cannot handle accounts paid in advance, then I will only pay for this year once you can return the funds paid 3 years ago. Enough is enough!!
