Phoned Konika Minolta 22/4/2013 asked them to come and install my printer, told me there was a amount outstanding of R832.50 i never got an invoice or a phone call that that amount was outstanding. As soon as she send me the invoice i paid the invoice. I informed the bank to send the payment thru, because i cant print or fax (because my Konika Printer is broken) also told Bianca that i will give the payment conformation to the service guy as soon as i can print. She is rude and cant talk to clients at all. So i musty wait for the payment to show on your side before i get a service??? How must i run a business without a printer... Then i would rather use someone else!!!
