I was expecting a parcel from the States and found that my tracking number suddenly wasn't showing updates anymore. I didn't know who to contact because the parcel was already on the South African Side and had already been through customs. The tracking number information just kept saying 'missed delivery, scheduling a new delivery date for today'. It had said this for 8 days and I was getting very worried.
I went onto a couple of forums and found that Ben had been recommended by many individuals with a similar problem. I contacted Ben by email and within 3 minutes he responded. He was able to provide me with a South African tracking number and went as far as to let me know that the parcel is waiting for collection at the destination point.
It is refreshing to have such wonderful service from the postal service. Thank you Ben for all your help!!
