I ordered a dish rack through City Slicker. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like the picture advertised.
In fact, is was a cheap piece of rubbish that I could have bought at Chinatonw for R30!!!
At my own cost, I sent it back to JHB to Calasca where Gugu promised me a refund once it was returned in good order.
That was 2 weeks ago. Their phone lines have since been disconnected & I don't recieve any response to my emails. I also cc'D Glen Fine, the so-called MD who has not repsonded.
Your service is non-existent & you are basically people of their money!
When I purchesd your product, it very clearly stated:
SHOULD YOU NOT BE ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT PLEASE RETURN IT WITHIN 7 SDAYS FOR A FULL REFUND.
You guys are disgusting & shouldn't be allowed to trade!!!
